About
Three generations of Texas builders.
Tanner Construction LLC is a family-owned general contractor based in the Golden Triangle of Southeast Texas. We have been building since 1989, and the seal on our gate has read "Quality Service" since the year we opened the doors.
We run four in-house service lines: custom homes, remodels, roofing, and standby generators. That means when something needs to be coordinated between trades, it stays in the family, not between three different vendors with three different schedules.

Generators
Generac and standby generator installs, sized for the house, set on the pad, wired and gas-fitted to code. We pull the permits and run the transfer switch.
